Hours -  9 to 5  Monday to Friday

Fees  - The Perpetual Health Clinic is a private pay clinic that operates outside of MSP.

• Minor illness consultation - in person or virtual  - $130 
  - Non Residency Consultaion fee - $250

• Complex illness  consultation- $485 excludes laboratory fees

​

All payments are expected to be made by the clients before services are provided.

Fees are non-refundable.

Official receipts will be provided for the service and payment.
