This service is intended for the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal symptoms or symptoms of low testosterone.

Fees- Initial consultation and one follow up assessment - $685   

 

Includes for females - physical examination, breast exam and pap test

Includes for males physical exam and prostate exam.

Subsequent appointments after your initial 2 appointments are billed at  $130 per visit

​

Testosterone and hormone replacement therapy when indicated is $50 per month by direct debit     

 

All payments are expected to be made by the clients before services are provided. Fees are non-refundable.

Official receipts will be provided for the service and payment.
